Remote digital forensic data collection services are necessary regardless of Covid-19 and it is an efficient way of working, since the expenses associated with travel are reduced and time is also saved. Nowadays, with all the information technology at our disposal, the face-to-face relationship with customers is not so necessary. RCS can collect remote digital forensic data to give you a wide range of solutions.

RCS can send clients encrypted remote collection drives and perform forensic collections through a secure screen sharing session, for complete forensic images and specific collections of traditional computing devices, such as laptops or desktops, or external drives and servers. RCS has developed strategies for remote collections of mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets. All collected data is transferred on drives with 128-bit AES encryption or higher, for added security. Additionally, through direct connections between our secure forensic labs and cloud-based sources, RCS can perform remote forensic collection of web-based data such as emails, cloud storage, and social media accounts. It is also important to note that a large number of clients send their devices to the RCS forensic laboratories. Normally in these cases the images can be obtained quickly and the device returned the same day.
